Cry.Cry.Over.You.

I decided to put on some James Intveld and enjoy this lovely sunny day.
As soon as I heard Crying Over You, it brought back so many memories.
The Doll Hut in Anaheim, Viva Las Vegas Weekender,
Chicken Shit Bingo in Austin. The Continental Club in Austin.
This man is amazing.
People will most likely know who James Intveld is,
when you mention the movie Crybaby with Johnny Depp.
James Intveld is the person who is really singing not Johnny Depp.
Here are some pics of this handsome, handsome man.
And one of him and I too. <3

Sunday Love

Sipping on some hazelnut coffee that I just made. Delicioso. Today is the Super Bowl. I'm not one for football. Pigskin, not my thing.I did fall in love with the New Orleans Saints when I was in New Orleans. When my sister and I went to see the Superdome, we stumbled upon A Believe Again Bash for the city. All the football players were out there like regular people, just walking around and having a great ol' time. The whole city must have been out there because it was packed and it was such a warming welcome. This was our first time entering the city and we were welcome with open arms. They didn't make it to the Super Bowl so now I couldn't care less. Being from Texas I should be a Cowboys fan but eff that noise. I'm not. I'm overly excited about Puppy Bowl though. I watch it every year on Animal Planet. That's my thing. I got to log off now and do my Buddhist Meditation. If you want to try it, this is what I do:
Sit Indian style on a little Yoga Mat or a nice carpet and breathe in, forgetting every worry, stress or anything bothering you. Open your heart, mind, and lungs and say, Om Namah Shivaya. Say it about 20 times over and over.Do not let your mind wander to anything else. If your mind does wonder, Start Over.Smile through mind and your heart. You will feel tons better. Trust me. This is a little chant you can do for 10 minutes every morning. It is amazing.

February

February, The month of love but also the month of letting go. I've been so blessed with so many great people coming in and out of my life. The people that have stayed in my life for years I hold near and dear to me. I have such genuine, amazing friends. Sigh, Love them. This New Year has been a bit kind yet awkward to me. People from my past have crept there way back into my present and people from my present are saying goodbye cause they have found their own path and partner in life. This has nothing to do with my female friends at all. This is solely about the men. I wish I could write quick synopses of each and post a picture next to their name and say what each one has meant to me but this is the internet here we are talking about. No can do. I have so much I want to get out about my feelings and emotions but I can't let myself do it, type it. I will leave you with this.

Nom Status

Multi Grain Cheerios with banana slices and blueberries.
Heavenly,  It's all about the simple pleasures.

Sunday Gloomy Sunday

The first syllable in Sunday is Sun but there ain't no sun out.
Texas Weather is so schizophrenic.
You just never know, You really don't.
This week that passed was a big hectic mess.
I had so much to get done and got most of it done.
Keyword: MOST.
My tolerance level with others is off the charts as of late.
I blame it on PMS and women stuff.
I'm sitting here with cramps from hell so that should say it all.
I also sliced my skin and fingernail off cutting a Kiwi and
this has left me feeling like a cripple.
I can't cut hair, I can't wash dishes,
I can't even put my hair in a ponytail without flinching in pain.
Oh and as for typing or texting,
Forget it. Right now I'm hunting and pecking for keys on the keyboard.
I can type normally but the pressure is just too much for my little finger.
P.S. So proud of growing my hair out and sticking with it.
I cannot wait til it is LONG.
